This poor lady had an accident on her scooter. Sadly, while in the hospital recovering from her injuries, the towing company auctioned off her Vespa. She was incapacitated and her friends did make a concerted effort to get her bike. However, the process of dealing with towed items in Seattle moved too quickly for their local club to rescue her Vespa.
