This weekend is the Distinguished Gentlemen’s Ride.  If you aren’t familiar with this ride, it’s a charity event held to raise money for Prostate Cancer. The ride is primarily a “classic” ride with an emphasis on vintage styled bikes and scooters.

Salt Lake City is now showing 66 registered riders for this Sunday September 25th at NOON. The ride starts at the capitol and works it’s way through the avenues back to the capitol then circles Liberty Park with a finish in Sugarhouse.

Here are a couple things you need to know:

• This ride is a charity event and you HAVE to register to participate. Here is the registration page. There is no cost but they do encourage donations:

• The idea is that you dress up nicely for the event. Wearing a suit on your scoot is ideal. Here is their suggested dress code.
