Shocking footage has emerged from China of man driving a scooter without holding the handle bars because he is busy playing on his phone. The video, filmed in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province on June 16, shows the man relaxing on the scooter while driving on a motorway, playing on his smart phone.

Well…he’s got skills.
