To Wyoming and Back

This Saturday is an exciting and fun ride that everyone will want to attend. We will be taking the Chalk Creek Road from Coalville to the Wyoming Border. This is a long, twisting road surrounded by mountains and nestled up against its namesake, Chalk Creek. The 25 mile long stretch of road has wonderful turns, great pitches and drops in elevation.
It’s a road you will WANT to ride.

We are meeting at the Summit County Courthouse. Chalk Creek Road is 100 N in Coalville. The ride is going to be leaving promptly at NOON. We will be trying to arrive by 11:30. Please fill up before we hit the road. Once we hit the border, we will have some light refreshment and then return for some lunch.
Because it is located in Coalville, you may want to trailer to the location because it’s hard to get there unless you want to take the Interstate. Those of you with an iron butt, can take some very scenic routes.
  • From Ogden, you can take Trappers to Mtn. Green to Morgan to Henefer to Echo to Coalville.
  • From Salt Lake, you can take Emigration to East Canyon to Morgan to Henefer to Coalville.
If you want to trailer, we have installed a new club resource (by request) to reach out and share rides, trailer space, etc.. Two Bit now has it’s very own forum.
Of course, we will be monitoring it and still using Facebook. Please feel free to post, coordinate and work together to get to this exciting next ride.
We look forward to seeing you!
